Firstly, the NetAvail Event Monitoring module proactively captures, monitors and correlates all end-to-end SNMP and non-SNMP/Syslog infrastructure-wide “event” streams from virtually all networks, systems, servers or applications. Next, that empirical data is analyzed dynamically using our unique distributed Plug-and-Play server/database technology against a set of business rules logic measuring the impact of services delivered to the end user. Each user profile is unique enabling him to view specific alerts and events.

Secondly,  our Workforce Management module incorporating JAVA based 2-way PDA/WAP alert acknowledgement technology will report on variables such as dynamic crossed alarm thresholds, event notification, network throughput and availability, latency, packet loss and jitter,  impact to customer based SLA metrics and hundreds of additional important business metrics pinpointing precisely where to focus your attention.

Multi-vendor alerts are consolidated into a single color-coded NOC view as well as intelligently dispatched to JAVA based 2-way hand-held devices permitting hundreds and thousands of field engineers to view, acknowledge and clear alerts regardless of where they may be located. The combined set of views insures that alerts are responded to immediately utilizing advanced technology.

Today, it is no longer sufficient to sit in a NOC to see alerts, technicians must be provided with real time information anywhere in the field.

NetAvail^TM scales beyond the legacy competitor designs, yet configures faster, without the down-time associated with those systems. It is built using a rugged and time tested distributed architecture incorporating "Plug and Play" server integration while blending the unique features and characteristics of its component products.  NetAvail is deployed by IT Managers in days and weeks not months or longer and does not require database and programming experts.

The respective products are currently in use at many of the world’s largest government, commercial and communications companies.
