Bruce Magown is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Integration Technologies in New York. Mr. Magown is the Managing Partner of Magown Advisory Group LLP., a Private Equity Group that invests in and advises technology focused companies. Prior to joining Integration Technologies, Mr. Magown established Sales-OnDemand, LLC. to support emerging and first stage companies with Go-To-Market Programs, Direct Outsourced Sales and Lead Generation Programs. Mr. Magown served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Head of the Audit Committee, Investor and Board member of the Uncommon Media Group, LLC. Mr. Magown subsequently served as President and Chief Operations Officer of Knoa Corp., a privately held company focusing on interactive and media rich solutions. Mr. Magown served as the Vice President of the strategic Alliance of Sun/Netscape formed by America Online and Sun Microsystems representing Canada, United States East Coast, and Latin America. CHRIS JANICKI - Sr. Advisor

Mr. Janicki is CEO and Founder of Augur Systems a provider of Event Notification and Workforce Management applications.  Mr. Janicki has spent a decade in engineering roles at GE Aerospace, Link Flight Simulation, New York Telephone, and Nextel Communications. His early aerospace experience strengthened his understanding of extremely large software projects. His later telecom experience included work with various commercial network management tools, including fault managers, "expert" rules systems, paging notification hardware/software, trouble ticketing systems, and networking equipment. In 1998, Mr. Janicki left Nextel to start Augur Systems. He built a team to design new solutions that would draw from the successes and shortcomings of existing products — with the perspective of both a corporate customer and an end-user. Today's array of Augur Systems products is the result.

Mr. Janicki earned a BS-EE degree from Clarkson University.


ROB MARANO - Consultant

Robert has been involved in the design, development, manufacturing, and management of highly advanced technology hardware, ranging from data acquisition and control systems to advance semiconductor circuits used in industries such as communications, military and medical. Coupled to hardware, he has spent equal amounts of time contributing to the design, development and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions for industries that include telecommunications, financial services, information technology, and medical informatics. Robert has worked as a lead design engineer, technology manager, senior architect, and director at the following companies throughout the world: Computed Anatomy, Merrill Lynch and Company, Micromuse, RiverSoft, Lockheed Martin AstroSpace, GE Advanced Technology Laboratories, The Amalgamated Bank of New York, The Consolidated Edison Company of New York, the Research Labs at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and The Orthopedic Treatment Facility.
